We have a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
All our products are handmade by Indian artisans, ensuring each item is unique. Slight variations in embroidery pattern, weave, print, and work are inherent and not considered defects.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Ethnic Threads, we offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. We do not provide monetary refunds.
Terms and Conditions for Returns/Exchange:
- The item must not be used, washed, altered, or damaged during the trial.
- The item must have all tags, labels intact, and include the order invoice.
- Ethnic Threads reserves the right to cancel the return request if the item appears worn, shows wear and tear during the trial, or seems to have been washed.
To initiate a return:

Contact us to submit the return request, including pictures of the received product, the reason for return, order ID, and any other important details at admin@ethnict.com

If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

After your return is confirmed, send the return order to the following address:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the return was approved. If approved, you can choose any design, colour or size in exchange or if you do no wish to get an exchange, you can request for store credit for the same bill amount. Note that the shipping price is non-refundable.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or customized items) and items on sale. Exchange will be provided in case of damaged product received. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges: The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send a new item as request by you after we receive the product.
International Orders: For international orders, the return process is the same, and the customer must ship the parcel back to the given address after the return request is confirmed.
